Seriously, sometimes it is not easy to start writing while there are many things in our mind waiting for the turn to be written. Just write, so do I. This is the first opening sentence to smooth my ten fingers typing what are in my mind. OK, let’s start to talk about Global Biz Management. I believe that there are many people in the world so clever, so talented, so experience about doing biz, even local or global, and so smart to handle the biz. What is Global Biz Management? Everyone who involves in or want to be involved in thinking about Global Biz Management can define freely based on his/her experience and or combination the experience with observance to the existing theories from gurus.
Once you are in my blog, let me make a free definition about Global Biz Management based on my experience and observance. Biz = business, but I like to use term ‘biz’ as it looks cool to pronounce it. Global Biz Management is about how you manage a business started from letting an idea come up in your mind, creating into how to make it into a value, setting it up to become a business, then taking your life for managing the business begin local to international market for gaining benefits.
Now if you find my blog talking not only about Global or International Business, but also talking about Biz Management Theories/Fundamantal that look unlike international business, that’s what my belief and this is what my basic thinking about it. Eventhough you want to bring your biz to global biz straightforward, but you should manage and pass the phases your start-up biz into growing biz as same as for local target market until it become mature for targeting global market. What’s happen with you if your ultimate target is international market (global market)? That is not a big deal. Whatever you want to choose as your target market, either local market or global market, you will have to pass the same phases in starting to build your idea to become a biz.
